You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use services for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes

- Misrepresent AI systems as humans where disclosure is legally required

- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit our systems

- Upload or transmit harmful, misleading, or illegal content

Mount Kings reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. AI, Voice & Automation Disclosure

By using Mount Kings services, you acknowledge and agree that:

- AI systems may respond to calls, chats, and messages

- AI outputs are informational and operational only

- AI systems may misunderstand, misclassify, or generate errors

- Mount Kings does not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or outcomes

- Human oversight remains the user’s responsibility.

5. Call Recording & Consent

You acknowledge and consent that:

- Calls, voice interactions, and chats may be recorded or transcribed

- Recording practices comply with applicable state and federal laws

- Continued participation after disclosure constitutes consent

- If consent is not provided, Mount Kings may terminate or reroute the interaction.

6. Payments & Billing

- Fees are outlined on pricing pages or service agreements

- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Intellectual Property

All software, AI systems, content, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Mount Kings or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

8. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of your business data.
You grant Mount Kings a limited license to process data solely to provide and improve services.

9. Texting Policy

- Once you've opt in to receive SMS messaging, SMS messaging will only be used for appointment reminders, service-related messages about your account, responses to your inquiries, special offers, discounts, and new product updates.

- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 18447194445.

- After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or 18447194445.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and conditions.

- As always, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Contact your carrier for details.

- Message frequency varies depending on your interaction and preferences. You many receive up 25 messages per week again depending on your level of inquiries.

10. Third-Party Services

Mount Kings may integrate with third-party platforms only to enhance our performance. Lead personal information will never be shared with third-party-services.

You may cancel services according to your service agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mount Kings shall not be liable for:
